Online Questionnaires and Online Qualitative Forums

As a member of Consumer Worldwide panel, you'll be invited to participate in 2 types of surveys, short surveys and online qualitative forums (which we call bulletin board focus groups, a.k.a. BBFG).

Online Surveys

Online surveys are fun, interactive, 5-15 minutes long questionnaires that you complete online at once. Once completed, you are rewarded with a gift, a gift certificate or a bit of cash, depending on the length of the survey.

Bulletin Board Focus Groups (BBFG)

Participating in a bulletin board focus group is a bit more demanding, but much more exciting, as you will have the opportunity to express your views thoroughly, get in touch with people from all over the world, and earn as high as $100.

It requires you to log onto your computer and post bulletins regularly to be able to complete all the questions of the survey. Don't worry; it usually takes no more than 5 minutes to post a bulletin. The duration of the forum is usually comprised between 5+ days and 5+ weeks.


Online: Anywhere, At Any Time, At Your Convenience

Whether you answer a short survey or choose to participate in an online forum (BBFG), you can do so at your best convenience. You do not have to drive to the focus group facility; you do not have to worry about being late. You don't have to be at one place at one time. You can complete the survey from home, from your favorite coffee place, while on vacation, and in your own time (2 am if taking online surveys is a remedy to your insomnia crises), which is why online research is awesome.

Smart Questionnaires For Real People

Our questionnaires are not mindless check-the-box exercises. They ask you to make the trade-offs that you do in real life (in purchase decisions, etc.) and, by doing this, describe your true preferences. Hence, we try to be smart when we design our questionnaires and address your whole personality. It's a promise, we won't spend all of our efforts trying to make you fit in a box. Rather, we will always leave open areas for you to express your unique, multi-faceted point of view and impressions.

Hundreds of Interesting Topics

Give your opinion about hundreds of products, services, brands or commercials. From food products to cosmetics and beauty products, from IT/Tech products to luxury or financial products, don't miss out on our surveys, you will certainly find one that's of interest to you.

Besides product testing and reviewing, our members have also evaluated concepts, brand names, and all kinds of marketing materials like TV commercials, advertorial, billboards, newsletters, websites, etc.

We are trying, as much as we can, to submit interesting and enriching surveys to our members, inserting visuals, audio, videos, links, etc. to make our questionnaires and forums lively and fun.

While taking a survey, you can raise questions you've never asked yourself, compare yourself to others with different cultures and backgrounds, and find out about new products and services that will be released worldwide.

The survey topic is always explicitly mentioned in the invite email you'll receive to take part in the survey. You are always free to participate in a survey, and don't have to participate each time we send you an invite. We won't hold it against you if you skip the next survey on batteries !
